Terms & conditions.
The straightforward terms for using this website and working with KevFromTown.

Using this website
By using kevfromtown.com, you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for general information about our services. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's free of errors at all times.
Quotes & project work
Any quote provided is an estimate based on the information you share. The final scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract — it simply starts the conversation.
Payments
Project terms, including deposits and payment schedules, are agreed in writing before work starts. Hosting and ongoing services are billed on the cycle agreed for that service.
Ownership & intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables (such as your website files and logo) are yours to keep and use. Any underlying tools, frameworks, or code libraries used to build them remain the property of their respective creators. The KevFromTown name and branding remain ours.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third parties — for example, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, or fonts and images. Those providers have their own terms, and we're not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
Liability
We work hard to deliver quality results, but to the extent permitted by law, KevFromTown is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
