KevFromTown provides web design, local SEO, and Google Business Profile services to businesses in Perth County and surrounding areas. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
Demo sites are provided at no cost and with no obligation. A demo is built to show you what your site could look like — it does not constitute a binding agreement to proceed. You are under no obligation to purchase services after receiving a demo.
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the website I build for you — including all code, content, and design assets. Your domain and hosting accounts are yours. I retain no ongoing claim to your site.
I may use your project in my portfolio unless you specifically ask me not to.
To build your site effectively, I'll need timely access to your content (photos, text, branding), feedback on drafts within a reasonable timeframe, and clear communication about your goals and preferences.
Project quotes include a reasonable number of revision rounds (typically 2–3). Significant scope changes after work has begun may require a revised quote.
I do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic numbers. SEO results depend on many factors outside my control, including Google algorithm changes, competition, and your market. I commit to applying best practices and transparent reporting.
KevFromTown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or websites I've built. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced and paid before final files are transferred.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
